The hotel is located in the city center of Abu Dhabi in the close vicinity to the well known Al Wahda Shopping Mall. The construction period was 27 months. The Hotel has 229 guest rooms including 46 twin rooms, 32 interconnecting and 2 disabled rooms. An all day dining restaurant and a bar are situated the Hotel. A hot deli on operation basis 24 hours/7 days a week is available. The Swimming pool and the gymnasium are situated on the Top Roof over viewing the adjacent buildings. The 3 basements are comprising 55 parking boxes.

The building is a 24 storey skyscraper with a height of approx. 85 m. The layout area of a typical floor is approx. 550 square meters and comprises 14 guest rooms.

The hotel will be operated by the Rotana Group, the leading Hotel Operator in Middle East.
